Navios Maritime Partners L.P. announced the completion of its follow-on public offering of 3,500,000 common units at $10.32 per unit, raising gross proceeds of approximately $36.1 million. In connection with the offering, Navios Partners has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any. The joint book-running managers for this offering were Citi, J.P.Morgan and Merrill Lynch & Co. and the co-managers were S. Goldman Advisors LLC and DVB Capital Markets.
