According to the decision of Privatization High Commission (ÖYK), ?zmir Port was accepted to be equated by Global-Hutchison-EIB Associated Interference Group.

ACCEPTION TO HANDOVER OF ?ZM?R PORT FROM PRIME MINISTER

According to the decision of Privatization High Commission (ÖYK), if the company, which gave the highest price-1 billion 275 million dollars, would abstain signing the contract, by recording as revenue his caution, right of exploitation will be given to Çelebi Company which gave the second high price- 1 billion 275 million dollars.

According to the decision: at the end of tender done, ?zmir Port's right of exploitation will be attorned to Global-Hutchison-EIB Associated Interference Group with the highest price-1 billion 27 million dollars, but if the group would abstain signing the contract or wouldn't fulfill anything it has to, 15 million dollars temporary caution will be recorded as revenue for benefit of Privatization Administration.

In that situation, right of exploitation will be attorened to the company gave second highest price-1 billion 270 million dollars- Çelebi Company, but if Çelebi Company would abstain signing the contract or wouldn't fulfill anything it has to, 15 million dollars temporary caution will be recorded as revenue for benefit of Privatization Administration and Port Tender will be cancelled.

The acceptance of Council of State will be waited. There is no time limit for Council of State's.
