The GRI will be applicable for all dry and reefer cargo imported to Commercial Port of Vladivostok, Russia, from all Intra Asia countries.
The GRI will be effective from 01st April 2012. Rates for dry & reefer cargoes will increase by $60 per 20-foot-equivalent container, by $90 per 40', 40'HC and 45'-foot-equivalent containers.
