The offici,als told Reuters the nearly 5,000-tonne Sea Horse was flying Togo's flag and was seized by gunmen aboard three or four skiffs. Earlier on Tuesday, the pirates hijacked a Greek-owned bulk carrier with 22 Filipino crew onboard.
