Singapore-based Yujin International, which owns and charters a fleet of small range tankers in the Asia Pacific region, is due to start trading shares in London next week.
Reports on the company say it currently owns six tankers and has chartered in two further vessels. Yujin's vessels are said to be chartered out to companies providing bunkering services in the port of Singapore.
The share issue price of 33.00 pence will give the company a market capitalisation of around £9.9 million ($14.55 million). The February 10 initial public offering (IPO) will not raise any new cash.
The company's stock will be introduced on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), a cheaper and slightly less strictly regulated option than an IPO on the Official List of the London Stock Exchange.
The lead broker is Seymour Pierce.
