Indonesia's Tangguh block is likely to ship 116 liquefied natural gas cargoes in 2010, the chairman of upstream oil and gas regulator BPMigas said Monday. Raden Priyono told reporters that 28 cargoes are likely to be shipped to China, 24 to South Korea, 55 to the U.S. West Coast and nine to Japan.

Tangguh is expected to ship only 16 cargoes this year compared with its original target of 56 after the BP Indonesia-led consortium that operates the block temporarily shut down its liquefaction plant in July due to technical problems.

BP Indonesia is a unit of Anglo-Dutch oil major BP PLC (BP.LN).
